Print billing

When I try to either print my billing, either to a PDF file and/or printer, the preview print pane in Ring Central is completely blank. The print output is blank as well.

Hello Mr. Coker, 

I just tested this on my end with your account statement and was not able to duplicate the issue.  I went to View Statement > Print.  Is this how you did it?  What operating system are you running?  What PDF program are you using? There might be a setting that is interfering with it...or maybe a software update that is needed for PDF?  You may want to inquire with your IT Dept as well.
