** RingCentral AT&T Problem Again? Some Call Quality issues reported **

We have an AT&T Business Fiber connection, and cannot route to api.ringcentral.com's IP or ping it. Is this a repeat of what happened last week?

Use sip.ringcentral.com...not "api"

Problem still stands. Can't route or ping to that either. :-/

Are you up?  We have received reports from an underline carrier that may be causing call quality issues.

@Nicholas - can you please post your screenshot of your Traceroute. This will help us identify the issue.
