I have a small business. When a call comes in, the call gets forwarded to our operator extension which is our call group queue and everyones phones ring simultaneously. I notice that the caller after a while doesnt get sent to a voicemail even if no one picks up. How do I set it up that after a certain amount of seconds or rings from the call queue the caller gets forwarded to a main voicemail group. How do I set up that group as well.
