** Call Log Being Sent Every 15 Minutes **

I'm being emailed a call log at least every 10 minutes today.  So far, I've received 10 today and it's only 10:00 a.m.  How do I make it stop???  It's getting very frustrating.  I've submitted a ticked.  I can't find where I turn off getting the call logs.

Cheryl,

It's strange that you are receiving them so often as the minimum selection for Call Log delivery is "Daily".

You can check your settings by going to your Call Log, then Open Advanced Features. Here you will find a Delivery Settings button, which will allow you to change settings.

It's possible that if you have never set it, you may be erring someplace by default. Once you set something different, it may resolve itself.

Cheryl - Please open a web case.  That may have to be escalated.

Already opened a case this morning.  These are all from today so far.  I turned off call log.  Hopefully, I'll still get notices of faxes received.

Cheryl,

As long as you have Notifications set (Messages & Notifications) for your extension, you will continue to get notifications of received faxes. The Call Log delivery is something totally different.
