Problems with our ambulance company receiving faxes from our local County 911 Center

Our ambulance company operates 4 different ambulance stations within our county. Our local 911 center uses a program called Emeritech to transmit faxes to our 4 different ambulance station fax machines. There has never been a problem with this feature. We also have the administrative ability to log into our Ring Central account to view each fax sent to our different ambulance stations. However, in February 2016 we began experiencing problems when logging into our account. We were only able to receive partial faxes on line through our Ring Central account. When I contacted Ring Central on 02/19/16 I explained how we were only receiving partial faxes on ambulance dispatches through our on-line account. Since that date, our problem has only gotten worse. I've contacted Ring Central several times and even uploaded copies of the partial faxes we have received. Ring Central recommended some changes be made to the 911 computer program (Emeritech) system settings. Those changes didn't work. Now, as of 2 days ago, we can no longer even receive partial faxes. We just see a blank page with a wide line across the page. Please help me figure out this problem. Regards, Jim
