Fax scheduling -

Faxing via the Ring Central website allows a user to select the date and time  to send the fax.

Faxes sent by email (e.g. 32333433@rcfax.com) should be "schedulable" in the same way. Perhaps the start date and time can be written into the Subject Line and this will indicate to Ring Central servers when to send the fax out. If the date and time are incorrectly formatted in relation to a prescribed format, just send the fax as normal.

This feature would let mass faxes be scheduled for hours that fax machines are less busy (e.g. overnight)

Hello  FTA Department

Almost all popular email clients have a scheduler built right into them.  For example if you are using Outlook,  just click the Options tab, check the Do Not Deliver Before box, and set the time/date.

If you are not using Outlook, just search the web to see if your email client has such a feature.  If not, you might consider taking a look at Mozilla's Thunderbird email client.  It's free and has a variety of add-ons incuding a "send later" addon that will do this.

I hope this helps!
