Hello, we have been working with a few clients (we are a reseller) to go over reports with them. We opened tickets with Support to try to understand a few things but both Support Agents said that Reporting is "broken" and has been for a while and that they are working on fixing it but there is no ETA on when that might be. I did this as a private conversation because I don't want to be a loud mouth, but I find this a little disturbing that there has been no formal announcement to clients saying something like "We are aware that Reports aren't working properly and are working on improving and resolving..."
Can you tell me any good news on this topic as we need to be able to trust reporting data.
