Hi Stephen,

Can you provide more details please?

First, how are you sending the fax?  Via the RingCentral Desktop app?  email? etc?
How large is the pdf file?
Are there any specific errors that you can provide (or screenshots)?

Thanks, Mike
I am a doctor, get requests from pharmacies to approve prescriptions.  I can edit the fax with the "tools" I  have, then save on desktop with Acrobat, the go back to the fax, add outgoing fax number, attach via "paperclip", then send.
Now, when I go to attach PDF, I don't get the file i just saved.

If you save it as a non-editable PDF, or maybe an image file, then attach it, you shouldn't have any problems.  The system won't send an editable PDF or other document that has editable fields.

Are you using Adobe Acrobat Pro?    If so, try changing it to a Flat file like in this video.

Let us know if you still have problems.
