We'd like to place a phone at the front portion of our office that delivery people (and some visitors) can use to let our administrative team members know that they have arrived. Optimally, the phone would be like an intercom with simultaneous ring to 3 desks. I know about the paging group and intercom functionalities in RC but it's unclear how the phone should be set up. It doesn't need to be available for making calls -- just paging intra office.
Anyone done something like this?
