Google Chrome Extension not allowing "Create R Conference" in Google calendar

I posted about this issue a few months ago, at the time I thought it was a missing feature, now I realise it's a feature that isn't working correctly.

We have tried completely removing Chrome and reinstalling, running without any other apps installed etc, but the button appears for a second and then disappears. Does anyone know of a way to fix this?

Hi Dan... the video is pretty short, but It looks like this is the button you are not seeing correct?

Can you tell us what version of Chrome you are running?  I can't seem to duplicate the problem.

HI Dan,  I've checked this on both a Mac and PC, but can't reproduce it.  Do you have some PC users that see the button?  Just wondering if it's something account specific.

I seems to vary from machine to machine (Mac and PC), works on some, doesn't on other.  But uninstalling Chrome and reinstalling with all other plugins removed, doesn't cure it. I have an open ticket with support and they have asked for logs. If we get to the bottom of it, I'll post back here.

At this time, this case should go through Support for further troubleshooting and to be replicated and escalated if needed.
