How do I view saved faxes in .r0f files on computers that don't have the old Softphone installed?

I have a ton of faxes saved in .r0f files.  How do I view those faxes on computers that don't have the old Softphone software installed?

Where are these files currently saved?  Are they viewable in your account if you log in to the web portal and go to the Inbox?
