Call Logs: inaccurate results when filtering by date 5/31/16

In response to jacob_lial on TWITTER: https://twitter.com/jacob_lial/status/738802826810396672 @RingCentral Its horrible that your system will not give data for days on the 31st. Thousands of calls lost because of this.
