Fax: how to skip incomplete faxes?

We are a medical practice. Pharmacies send prescriptions for approval. Unfortunately, big chains integrated fax services (similar to RC). One of their faxes malfunctions and transmits blank lines, each 5 - 10 minutes. We don't know which fax is not working, We contacted them and they also dont know. We cant report to FCC for spamming, we are just getting tens of blank and incomplete faxes. How can we filter the incomplete faxes automatically?

How are you receiving those faxes? Are you access the faxes through a fax machine, RingCentral online interface, Desktop App, etc.?
