Hi Augusto,

It's always hard to say if/or when a feature request gets implemented, so here's a possible work around. You can have your fax notifications delivered to your email, including the fax as a pdf attachment. I have not personally tried it, but DropBox has a feature that allows you to email files to your DropBox folder. You might try creating a rule in your email client so that it sends all fax notifications from RingCentral to the DropBox folder.

Thanks. The work around is what I do, just thought it would be easier to do it from the app.
