Request: Page to all phones
Use case: Our old phone system allowed us to create paging groups of user's phones. We simply needed to touch a button and then speak into the phone, and all users belonging to that paging group would hear the page come over their speakerphone without needing to answer the page. With our RingCentral system, we can set up similar paging groups, but the user needs to reach over and actually answer the page. By the time this is done, the user attempting to page everyone has usually finished speaking and hung up. Is it possible to get this feature added in a future platform update? This is the single most requested feature from my 30 users.
