Strangely, this is suddenly working as expected today.  It has not worked this way before, but I won't look a gift horse in the mouth!   We're happy!

I have a paging group set up and assigned to extension 300, which includes all the users in our Kansas office.   Under "Devices to receive page," I have added 22 extensions total.    When we attempt to page this group, all users in the group hear their phone ring, and maybe can answer it in time to hear the tail end of the outgoing message.   If they don't answer their phone, they don't hear the message at all, the phone just rings.    Our intended (expected?) functionality is to be able to dial extension 300, speak a message, and have it come over the speakerphone of every user in the group who is not currently on a call.   We are aware of and use the intercom functionality, but I haven't seen a way to intercom to a group, just an individual user.

Michael - Add the users individually to the Paging Group, not 1 extension which forwards to the other users via RingGroup.

I'm not following you.   When I create a paging group after assigning an extension number to it, I am given a screen titled "Devices to receive page."   My system shows 30 available devices, and I want to add 22 of them to this group, so that's what I've done.   They now appear in the right hand column under "Selected Devices."    I don't see any other way to go about adding users or setting up the group.
