I periodically check our reports to see the volume of calls into the office. We had a large number of missed calls last months, but I would like to know which of these calls were made outside of business hours. If I can filter the reports to within the business hours, I can see how many calls were missed while we were on the job. I would like to know the time when we are missing most calls. It is important for us to answer as many calls as possible. Can anybody help with this?
