** Canada: unable to receive inbound calls**

A portion of RingCentral customers in Canada are experiencing intermittent inbound call failures. Customers attempting to make calls would receive a fast busy; this is occurring in several Canadian rate centers.

This is an underlying carrier issue and RingCentral will continue to work with the carrier towards resolution.
