I'm brand new to RingCentral and need some guidance.
I'm new to Ring Central and trying to get everything squared away with our account. Even though I have our Auto-Receptionist set to "Play Company Greeting" when someone calls our company, our main handset at our reception desk rings twice before the greeting plays.
I want incoming calls to go straight to the company greeting, WITHOUT ringing our reception handset. Is there a way to do this?
Chris - we seem to show your account was opened in 2013. Are we looking up the incorrect account, b/c it doesn't show this as a "new" account. Can you provided the main number - I've set this conversation to private
