RingCentral Meetings: issue with call in number

Calling the RC Meeting conference number, it just rings and rings and rings with no answer from both our RC phones and cell phones. Note: This conversation was created from a reply on: Admin: Service Outages History / Notificaitons.

It is still open. It was merged to a like topic.

Robert - the thread was temporarily closed while I was updating it. 

Our team is aware of the issue and working with our Vendor to resolve. Opening a case is for tracking purposes and helps us identify the impact...you do not have to if you don't want to.

Jan, if a topic says "This conversation is no longer open for comments or replies." I wouldn't consider that topic to be "open". It is now though that's for sure.

You'd think a major outage like the only conference calling number not answering would be listed there, right?

You guys just added it. It has been showing green for the last four hours. You guys added the status notification AFTER it was fixed too. Not real helpful to anyone.

The number I have at 605 - 562 -3185 gives us a busy signal. Not working for us still.
