The Call Controller Says Unable to connect but I can sign in to ringcentral on explorer just fine.

The Call Controller Says Unable to connect but I can sign in to ringcentral on explorer just fine. Is the Call Controller password the same as the online one? The call controller one seems to allow a lot less characters.

US windows 10 ... was working until 10 automatically updated my windows 8

Are you still having problems?  The web portal, desktop app, mobile app, all take the same login.
