Presence: Missing the same extension on all phones

We are missing one extension on all of our phones its extension 102. How do I fix this?

Hello,

Where is the extension missing from ? Is the extension missing from the presence appearances on the device itself, or in the dial by name directory, or corporate directory in the phones directory page, or is it when dialing the extension from your phone you get an invalid extension error, or the contacts on the softphone?

On the phone itself. It doesnt show on any of the other phones

On the Phone's Presence? Directory?

On the screen where it shows all of the extensions

Okay - so that is via Presence.  The VVX310's get a total of 4 Presence lines (Lines 3-6). You will need to Condense your list (remove the blank slot on Line 4), so that Ext 102 will be moved up one. This should fix the problem! :-)

This wont allow me to delete it nothing happens when I select on it

how can I make it so that the extension for the phone only shows once not twice

Because I need to see all 5 Ext on ext 101

The phone is a multi line phone, this is the reason the Users extension shows twice on the screen. Those first two lines are there to handle multiple incoming calls and function for the call waiting feature.
