RingCentral Meetings: does not recognize internet connection

Ring central meetings does not connect, and says to retry when an internet connection is available. Meanwhile the pc is connected to the internet, and other applications are able to use the internet.

So far there are no other reports of this that I'm aware of, so it might be environmental or the machine.  
  • Have you tried restarting the PC?
  • Connecting to a different network (wifi/ethernet)?

Try re-starting the Computer. Also make sure your RCMeetings us up-to-date, and that you're not on an older version.

I just tested my RingCentral meetings and I had that message come up as well. All I did was click on the <--- Back link and it brought me to my login. I simply logged in again and RIngCentral meetings started up with no issues. Did you click on the
<--- Back link?

I have restarted the computer severally, and i have uninstalled and downloaded the application a couple of times.
