Deskphone: How to add Polycom VVW1500 to my account?

Hello,

Can not assign my Polycom VVW1500 to myaccount, this model does appear on phone list.
For now, I can call from my phone but can not receive a call because I don't know how to add my deskphone to my account. This model is not show on RingCentral list.

Please help.
