Fax problems: part gets hung and smeared as it comes through

Why am I having trouble receiving faxes.? I get part of the fax but then looks like the other part gets hung and smeared as it comes through. This used to be only every now and then but today it has been every fax from different originations.

I just sent you a test fax and could not duplicate this issue.  It's on inbound faxes, correct?

How are you receiving faxes?  via e-mail or to a POTS line that prints them on your fax machine?

Melissa - are you getting this result with all faxes - or just one faxes from the same number?

I would say 85% of the faxes that came in today were this way. Prior to that, it was about 5-7 per wk. Coming from different offices.

Melissa - At this time, please open a web case and attach the screenshots and 3-4 fax samples (date, time, to, from) and Support will help you.  You can post the case number here and I'll follow up on it for you.

Melissa,  I have also searched but an unable to locate your account. You have likely logged into this Community site with a different email address than what is on the RingCentral account.  If you have a Case number please post it here, or to help us locate your account please send an email to community.support@ringcentral.com with the main phone number on the account and your contact details.

thanks!

Same problem here. I can not receive any incoming fax that comes from a traditional fax machine. e-fax comes in fine. When I call support smart person wants me to have the sender change baud rate. I can't ask every person who is sending a fax to change their baud rate!!!! There has to be a better way. PLEASE FIX.
