Business phones. How can i make an extension on my phone have an assigned caller ID for outgoing calls?

Are you making calls via a Hardphone (physical phone) or from the Desktop or Mobile app? This is how you updated it for hardphone. 

If you are using the Mobile App or Desktop App you will make those changes in the app settings directly.
