Mobile App: Not Recording Incoming Callers messages

Not Recording Incoming Callers messages: My phone is set to play a custom greeting and then sends the caller to voicemail to leave a message. The greeting plays but is not recording messages. Checked all the settings- Any Help?

The smartphone app alerts that I have received a call but no messages are recorded.  When I call my own number, the greeting plays but the recording beep does not come on to then allow the caller leave a message.
I have spent a lot of time going through the help and set up features and it appears that my set up is correct.  Also I have not changed any settings.

My first question would be...Is this a new functionality that you are attempting, or is it one that you set up previously and it has worked previously?

If it's new, most likely there is some small error in the configuration of what you want to accomplish. I can assist you with that. I am not a RingCentral employee but am a RingCentral Partner/Reseller. Let me know.

No, this is not a new setup.  This is a new problem and I don't know if it has something to do with the new upgrades to Ring central.

Hi  Richards,   Sorry for the delay on this one. Are you still having problems with this?  

Are you just not able to see/access them on the mobile app, or if you log into the web portal, can you not see messages there either?
