Using Bluetooth handset that has Link2Cell ability

I use a Panasonic Bluetooth phone at my home that has Link2Cell ability. How can I have it use the RC app? right now if I dial using the handset it uses my native android dialer and not the RC app. Same goes for the incoming calls. RC calls do not ring unless I have them forwarded to my cell number
