RingCentral App auto answers on iPhone on my Car via the unconnect system

When I am connect to my vehicle system unconnect the RingCentral iPhone app auto answers calls. This does not occur on my actual mobile calls. Because I have to forward my mobile calls to my RingCentral phone to avoid getting diconnected while on a Ring Central call and receiving a mobile call, this is causing a real challenge!! I called RingCentrql and so far they have been unable to find a fix. I have rebooted the phone.

Our team has looked into this and it seems it may be an auto-answer setting in your phone. You may want to contact Apple or even Jeep.

To get a bit more clarification: when your Bluetooth is connected to your car, your RingCentral App is automatically answering the calls? Can you please explain the issue a bit more regarding the 2nd part of your post?
