When playing voicemail messages - we'd like it to play name and number

The voice mail envelope attempts to read the person's name but many times this playback of the name is not understandable. Is there a way that the voice mail envelope can read the phone number instead of the person's name?

Hi  LIGHTNER, 

Just wanted to confirm... are you referring to the announcment when you answer listen to voice messages on a desk phone? If so we may need to change this to a feature request?

This is for message only extensions - when a field rep calls in to listen to his/her messages the system annouces the name (poorly I might add) but not the number. The field rep has no idea as to what number called him. Sure he/she can take an option of redial or dial back but most of the time they just want to write the number down and call the customer (NOTE THE WORD CUSTOMER) back when they have time to talk.
