** Service Issue ** Inbound Calls error "The number you are trying to reach is not in service"

Our engineering team is investigating this and working to diligently restore service.  

Our phone lines are experiencing long hold times, so you  do NOT need to call in as we are already aware of the issue.   Please follow this thread for updates. 

We apologize for any inconvenience and we thank you for your patience as we work on this.

Our Engineers are diligently investigating this issue.  If you have a webcase open please provide the case number here.  
You do not need to call in, as hold times are long. Follow this forum for updates.

outbound calls are fine and when you use the softphone to call the main lines it works. If you call from a number outside the network it doesnt conenct

Thank you Brad for the additional info. I'm passing it to our engineers. 

They are working to resolve this.

We are having the same issue and have found that our softphone call to the main line works as well, but if you call from an outside phone it says we are not in service.

it is now ringing when calling and doesnt say out of service anymore. however it rings 3-4 times then gets a busy signal

Mine now says that the call cannot be completed at this time. Which is slightly different than what it was saying before.

On inbound calls from outside of RC network: "The number you are trying to reach is not in service" on ALL RC numbers (and multiple accounts) --when dialed from outside RC network only. | 04805736

Same issues. Inbound and outbound calls don't work BUT extension to extension seems to be working!!!
