Call Handling: how to customize a Users Call Screening prompt?

Call screening prompt sounds robotic. Hopefully you'll provide the option to upload a customize version of the call screening prompt

You can do that now. Go to the Screening, Greeting & Hold Music menu selection under any extension.   Here you can set up your Screening and Greetings, as well as HOLD music, including recording your own message or uploading an .mp3 recording. Simply go to the Set Greeting or Set Audio sections and follow the instructions.
