Does your account number change when your number successully ports?

My number porting request is approved. This number is supposed to replace my main number. Does that mean my account number for login will change to new ported number? When does that happen? Please let me know. Thanks.

So long as the port order is to port in a number and replace the existing main account number, then yes it should replace it.

The last 4 digits of your Main Number are: 1500

Hi Kim,

Las four of my main number are 1014 right now. Once port goes through it would be 1717. So once the port processed I would need to login with the new ported number correct? I am assuming password etc. does not change. Thanks.

Sorry - I may have had the wrong screen/account pulled up before. You are correct, currently you Main Number is: (720) 598-1014

So as soon as the port completes, you will login with the NEW Main Number :-)

If all information is submitted correctly, your number is set to port on 7/20/2016.
