We just switched to RingCentral and we are learning that some recipients are not receiving our faxes. Where can I view faxes that attempted to send but failed? It seems the call log only shows successfully sent faxes, received faxes, and missed calls.
If you log into your account in the web portal and go to Settings, you'll see an option to receive Fax notifications via email, or SMS. If you turn on the email notification, you'll get an email that looks like this.
If faxes continue to the same recipients, then there's a chance their fax machine isn't compatible with e Fax type services like ours. Also, be sure to check our
