Call Handling: call from outside one ext, can I transfer to another or must I call again?

If I am calling our office from an outside phone and the extension I try is not answering, is there a way I can have my call try another extension? Or, do I need to hang up and call again to get to the other extension?

A lot depends on how your extensions are numbered, but generally speaking you can do this.

Once the VM greeting plays on the first extension you dialed, you can dial another extension (during the greeting) and that extension will ring.  You'll just need to dial it before the greeting ends.
