Call Recordings beyond 90 Days ago

Is it possible to download Call Recordings beyond 90 days ago?  We are hoping to find calls as far back as 200 days.

I have the recording_URI, such as https://platform.ringcentral.com/restapi/v1.0/account/11111111111/recording/646156904007
from the call logs extracted, but when I try to call the Call Recording Content API, I get a not found error.

Recordings are automatically purged at 90 days.  Maybe look to the Dropbox integration or another way to offload recordings so you can store them outside of RC.

Here are the official Data Retention Policies for RingCentral Call Logs and Call Recordings.

http://success.ringcentral.com/articles/RC_Knowledge_Article/2178

As Brian has suggested above, if you need to retain your data beyond the timelines appropriate for your RingCentral account, please consider either using one of our App Gallery integrations (such as RingCentral Archiver), or developing a custom integration using the RingCentral Connect Platform.

Here is the URL to view the RingCentral Archiver in the App Gallery:  https://developers.ringcentral.com/app-gallery.html#/app/archiver
