User is using the mobile application to make outbound calls and to receive SMS. He said that they're logged in as ext 1 (call queue extension) and when they tried to make outbound call, it doesn't let them do so. Advised user that they need to be logged in to their own extensions to be able to make the outbound call.
His next concern is for SMS. Clarified with user that the recipient of the SMS is the operator extension 1 (call queue)
His final concern is that it's a hassle to logout of ext 1 to their personal extensions to make outbound calls and then log in again as ext 1 to make SMS. Is there a way to have it in just 1 access?
