Unable to accept calls and internal transfers "fail"

Users are unable to accept calls and any outgoing calls cannot be transferred internally.

Brad - are you still having issues.  There was a reported ISP issue in San Francisco.

I generally can never accept a calll. As soon as I swipe my phone to accept the call it hangs up. Then rings again for another 3-5 times. It is extremely annoying cause it makes my business look very bad!

HI Dan,  Can you provide some more details around what is happening.  If you are swiping to answer, then it sounds like you are using the Mobile App, is that correct?   If the call disconnects then I'm not sure how it continues to ring.  Is it ringing the Desktop App,or a desk phone?  Please provide more specifics so we can troubleshoot.
