error 4001 when dialing out

error when calling, see screenshot. my agent is in the phillipines

Are you still having this issue?  If so Can you please provide some details.  It looks like you are attempting a RingOut from the web portal.  Are you trying to do a RingOut to your cell or some other number/device?  Can you please provide the RingCentral phone number this problem is with and  what specifically triggers the error.  We made this a private conversation so you can post details here.

I just tested using RingOut from your account and was unable to duplicate the error.  Seems related directly to your network or local environment (PC).
  • What web browser are you using? 
  • Have you cleared your cache/cookies? 
  • Do you have a case number with the Agent you're working on?

She is able to use other call software like skype if that helps
