I can never accept incoming calls to my cell phone .

I can never accept incoming calls to my cell phone . I'm currently set up in a que, so that a phone call transfers to my cell phone. Every time I swipe to pick up a call it hangs up. Very rarely I get the opportunity to take the call by pressing 1. This is SOO annoying. Is there any way to fix this? Google Voice never has an issue....

Dan, as fate would have it my name is Dan too. I'm a technical support agent here at Ring Central. Would you please give us a call at 888-898-4591 so that one of our telephone technicians can analyze your issue in more depth and attempt to help you find a solution? Thanks much, Daniel

Hello Dan,

I made your thread private so I can get some account info from you. What is your main number, or your direct number so I can look at the settings on your account.

Thanks!

Dan - the reason you hare having issues answering calls on your cell phone is because you have the Call Handling set to only ring for 10 seconds (which is about 2 rings). This is simply not enough time to allow for routing... There needs to be enough time for RingCentral to forward to your cell phone carrier, for your carrier to pick up and then push the call to your cell phone.  Please increase this to at least 20 seconds (around 4 rings) and this should solve your issue.

Dan - What kind of phone do you have? What is your app version?
Aso - check your ext settings (Call Handling) online.

I have samsung s6. This isn't related to the mobile app. This is related to receiving incoming calls set in the que. Dialers calls my rc number which gets routed to my cell number
