Mobile app not working on note 5

It keeps telling me to turn off screen overlay. And when I do it still says I turn off screen overlay. Help

Hello Ryan -
  • What version of the App do you have? 
  • Have you tried uninstalling it and re-installing it?
  • Have you tired hard reboot?

I tried the hard boot and is still doing it. It won't let me add any permission. Every time I tried to give the phone permission to my microphone or anything it says that I need to turn off the screen overlay so I turned it off and go back to permissions and try to give it a permission and it still keeps coming up with the same thing

Hi  Ryan Landry, 

Do you have any kind of screen dimmer/filtering app on the phone. These can cause the issue you've explained above. Try to disable or uninstall any such app and let us know if that fixes the problem.
