Can not dial 855 xxx xxxx from 615 NPA

I can't seem to dial 855 xxx xxxx bunber from my 615 NPA DID. Same number from another network works fine. Any idea what is the issue?

hi Kim,

I am part of Fuze, and our customer is owing 855-954-9994.
Our customer is complaining that your users with 605 NPA can not call 855-954-9994. 
855-954-9994 is owned by Level3 and see zero calls from your network to 855-954-9994 from any 605. It seems that you are blocking the calls. And there is no other way for us to raise the issue.

Sonia - 855-954-9994 is not a RingCentral number.

no it is a Level3 number. The issue is from your 605 xxx xxxx DIDs that can't call it

Are they having issues making on-net (VOIP) calls from other providers as well?

Since the dialed number is no longer owned by RingCentral, I suggest calling the new provider and provider call samples for them to determine where the numbers are failing at.

it is only 605xxx xxxx that can't call this number. All of your other numbers can call it. It looks like a switch configuration issue on your side.

Sonia - The number was ported away from RingCentral.  Please have them contact the new provider.  It's not just 605 numbers.

Kim, the calls are not hitting Level3 hence Level3 can not do anything. Can you try to call this number and see if it is routed correctly on your side? Thanks!

Sonia - I've spoke with our Number Transfer Manager and the new provider needs to contacted directly so that they can check the routing.

We contacted Level3 but they don't see any calls from your network hitting them. Every other provider is working fine. Just you.

Then please have the RingCentral customer open a ticket and submit 2-3 call samples.
