Mobile app: see what phone number isbeing called when an incoming call comes in

I'm posting on behalf of a customer experiencing below issues in his mobile application (iOS)

Version: 8.2.0.1.35 (44.2.5).

#1: List of iPhone contacts no longer visible inAdd to Existing Contact view.

Bug (appeared sinceprevious version):

In the list of phonecalls or faxes or whatever, suppose there is a new number not in the Contacts. Then click Add to Existing Contact. However, the list of iPhone Contacts isno longer visible. In the previous version they were visible and you could edityour iPhone contacts.

Note *** IMPORTANT ***

I am absolutely gladthat the app is not uploading my contacts. That is definitely excellent; Idont want my contacts uploaded to the cloud; and please never make that happenby default!

#2: I would like to see what phone number isbeing called when an incoming call comes in. I have multiple numbers, and Ianswer based on which number is being called. The desktop app shows the number. The mobile app does not.

Hello Tony,

In regards to "BUG #1", from testing it looks like it is a design feature of the current version of the app on both iOS and Android operating systems. When you chose Add to Existing Contact. you only get the option to add to your personal contact within your mobile app not the personal contacts on your device.

To change this feature we would need to create a feature request.

In regards to "BUG #2:" we currently have a Idea/Feature Request open for this issue. It is working as designed, but we definitely understand the desire to see the number as well as the caller ID. Please click HERE to go to the Feature Request page and vote for the Idea.

Thanks!
