Mobile app: voip calls ring even when turned off on Android

US account. On my android app the voip rings even when it is turned off in the app.  I can't silence it and it just rings until it goes to VM.  Please fix this or at least all me to be able to silence the ringer without sending it to VM.  Thanks my mobile version is 8.2.0

Gary - do you have your cell phone set into your Call Handling & Forwarding? Sometimes users think it's ringing in their App but it's actually forwarding the call to their cell phone carrier and ringing through.

Rashed,I talked to support they told me post it here. Kim yes I do have it forwarded to my cell, but the voip is a different ring than my cell. There is no way to silence voip calls. It rings at full volume even if I'm on the phone...very annoying.

Garey - What kind of Android phone do you have?  I'm going to see if I can find a similar phone here in the office to test...

I've also set this thread to PRIVATE.  Can you please post a screenshot of your phone while it's doing this?

Garey - It looks like your Desktop App & Smartphone is turned OFF.   But you do have 2 Advanced Rules turned ON:

The only reason they are off is the ringcentral rep turned it off as a temporary fix. I want it on when this gets fixed.
