When using the RingCentral for Windows, the caller can hear the tones when I enter an extention to send to. How do I prevent them from hearing htis?

Hello Conrad,

Sorry for the issue. I just tested this on my RingCentral for Windows and I was not able to replicate the issue.

Can you let me know what version of Windows you are on and what version of the softphone you are using?
