Mobile App: iPhones users are being logged out of the RingCentral app

Our users with iPhones are being logged out of the RingCentral app randomly for no apparent reason. They are using the latest iOS version with the latest RC app update.

They sign-in use the Main number and their extension.  Each staff has a unique extension.

They should be logged in as their Direct Number (not the main number).

They don't have direct numbers...just extensions.

How are the users connecting?  via wifi? or the phones data plan?  We are not seeing any issue on the app so do you see any commonalities such as everyone being on the same wifi network?

WiFi and 4G, doesn't matter.  Logs them out.  Our iPhone users are also having major issues downloading voicemails, which I see from the iOS reviews is a common problem with the new iOS app update.

We are unable to duplicate these issues.   What iPhone do they have? (5, 6)?  Have they tried a hard reboot?

For the Major Issues they are being logged out?  

How are they logging in? Is each user signed in with their own personal Digital Line Number? Or are they signed in with the Main Number or are any of them logging into the same ext?
