How do I dial out to Mexico?

I normally dialed out 9011(52) and the number and it worked out when we had cisco phones.

Try dropping the "9".   This page may help:   http://www.howtocallabroad.com/mexico/

Also, you'll have to make sure international calling is enabled:   Setting up the International Calling feature as an administrator

Tried that as well.  Didn't work.

We're set up for international calling.

Do you get an error or announcement?  Have you tried different numbers in Mexico? Do you know if you are calling cell or landline? You might want to open a web case and provide the time/date stamp and number called to see if support can locate the call and see why it didn't get through.

I get an error dial tone.  We just became a Ring Central customer and prior to it we we had cisco and I was able to call the number beforehand.  How do I submit a web case?

Also double check Roles & Permissions for the user/extension.  If the user has permission, but still not working then do as Brandon suggested.

Aaron Ronquillo,  Also, in the case notes can you be sure to tell them how you are dialing, (deskphone, or softphone), and is the number you are trying to reach a cell phone or landline?  

If you are on something older than softphone version 8.2.1 then try an update on the softphone.  

Last.. there's a chance that Mexico may have to be whitelisted  for your account, which they'll be able to tell after you submit the case.
