One of my employees called and said they received a FAX. I can see in the online Admin Portal call log that an incoming FAX was received. It does not say what number received the FAX. When I go to My Extension and check Messages, it does not show up. My employee actually had to come to my house, on a Saturday, so we could get the FAX off of his phone app.
The closest thing I could find searching your support center was to keep our employees login information in case we need to use their login. This is an unacceptable solution. As admin, I can see all my employees calls, I can listen to their recordings, I have all their stats, I should be able to see any faxes that come in as well without needing their login info.
I have seen a similar topic from 11 months ago about not being able to see a fax from the admin portal. Please tell me you have made some progress on this and let me know the ETA for when I will be able to see all incoming FAXs. Thank you.
