How can I get the RingCentral app for Android to STOP importing/downloading documents from my phone? Example: I receive a document from my mother via gmail on my phone; when I want to open it, it automatically imports into RingCentral as if I want to fax it.
Same thing happens when I try to open a document from Google Drive on my phone - RingCentral intercepts it and imports it to the fax center. When I uninstall the RingCentral app from my phone, Drive has no problem opening it.
I cannot find a setting to change this default behavior - either in RingCentral or in my phone.
