Phone randomly reboots

We have a device that continuously reboots itself and do not know why. It was happening ever so often, but has started to occur every 10-15mins now. We reset device by unplugging and plugging all cords back in and I checked the admin portal settings and service outage sections online and do not see any obvious reason for this.

Any ideas on what could be causing this? We have approx 15-20 devices on account and only happening to one of them.

What firmware is that 335 on?
Can you leave it unplugged for 60 seconds then plug it back in.
Is the behavior duplicated on different networks, work stations, and/or ports?

How would I look up the firmware? Can I do that via the online admin portal or on the phone only? The firmware would be if not the most recent one of the most recent as we signed with Ringcentral a couple months ago and rent the devices.

We did try to leave unplugged already and didn't seem to help.

The firmware can be checked on the physical phone itself or if you are logged into the IP Address.

Have you tried to plug the phone into a different work station to rule out environment, bad cords, or bad ports?
